MCA extends the time limit of filing 45 company e-Forms falling due between 07/01/2023 to 22/01/2023
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued a Circular on 9th January 2023 directing an extension of the time limit for filing various 45 company e-forms as a part of MCA's plan to move to MCA 21 Version 3.0. According to the aforesaid circular, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is in the process of introducing certain company e-forms in MCA 21 Version 3.0 and thus these e-forms will not be available in MCA 21 Version 2 from 07-01-2023 to 22-01-2023.
Therefore, keeping in view the fact above, the MCA has decided to allow additional 15 days, without additional fees, to the stakeholders, in cases where the due dates for filing of these 45 e-forms fall during the period between 07-01-2023 to 22-01-2023.
