At Electromus Solutions Private Limited, we aim to provide the best services to our clients to fulfil their requirements for legal, financial and taxation compliances. Refund Policy
Electromus Solutions Private Limited accepts fees from their clients on an advance basis which shall be retained till the completion of service to the satisfaction of the client. It is to be acknowledged that prescribed fees for services may differ from client to client due to issues related to Government Fees & out of pocket expenses like travelling etc.
In case of initiation of any refund, no deduction for any charges will be made towards time consumed for services and efforts applied by our executives. However, if any Government fees or challans are already paid by us, no refund shall be made for fees received by us to that extent as the same are paid by us on behalf of the client and the benefit of such payments accrue to the client even if the services are cancelled.
Refund Process
You can raise a refund enquiry at admin@taxwink.com. All refund requests could be made within 10 days of advance payment. A refund request will be processed within 7 days after receiving all the necessary information for processing the refund like reasons for refund, bank details etc.
Service Amendments
In case you want to amend service (increase/ decrease scope of service), you may make a request within 3 days of making advance payments. If there is a decrease in the scope of services, the differential fees shall be calculated and paid by Electromus Solutions Private Limited to the client within 7 days of the amendment request (except Government Fees or Challans or taxes already paid by Electromus Solutions Private Limited).
Uncontrollable Factors or events
The Outcome of services provided by us cannot be ascertained due to certain uncontrollable factors or events. For example, the application for name approval may be rejected by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) due to the non-availability of the name. In some cases, delay may also be observed in the services due to non-working of Government portals properly, non-availability of prescribed forms, non-availability of prescribed officer on seat etc. Such factors are beyond the control of Electromus Solutions Private Limited. Any delay in the processing of applications at the end of Government officials cannot be warranted by Electromus Solutions Private Limited as a ground for refund.
Force Majeure
Electromus Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable to the client for any failure in the performance of services owing to acts beyond control, including acts of God, terrorist acts, medical or political emergencies, war or civil unrest.
Our team is committed to providing the best in industry services to our clients. Even then if any customer is not satisfied with our services, he/she can raise a complaint anytime. We assure to resolve the complaints at the earliest and will happily process a refund in case of non-satisfaction.
